Why Santa Cruz County needs a local check

Santa Cruz County is core 3CE territory — local battery rebate status must be checked on 3CE’s site. Peak context: PG&E peak roughly 4–9pm. Practical tips: 3CE battery rebate is closed to new applications; watch for VPP or successor program updates on the official site. Previously submitted 3CE applications may remain in queue — confirm with 3CE. PG&E SGIP RSSE is a separate income-qualified track.
